  • House of Shabz does not accept returns.
  • Exchanges are possible only in extreme condition when the jewellery that you have received is damaged or broken. Utmost care and precautions are taken to wrap your product gently, but sometimes in transit misfortune can occur and your intricate jewellery item may get damaged.
  • Exchange of item is completely on discretion of House of Shabz only after once it is agreed that jewellery is damaged in transit. We recommend you do a box opening video – this helps in transparency for both parties.
